MSE mixer consists of mixing elements, a middle plate and blind plates. The mixing elements with small through holes and a large through hole are stacked and sandwiched between the blind plates and the ring plate with a large through hole. The small through holes of mixing elements are arranged to communicate with the small through holes in the adjacent mixing elements and communicate with the large through hole of the ring plate.
A fluid from the large through hole of the middle plate are mixed by distribution and joining with turbulence and vortex flow by passing through the small through holes and discharged from a circumference of the MSE mixer.
Mixing elements having opening holes are stacked and are held between the blind plates and the middle plate. Walls between holes in mixing elements are arranged so as not to overlap each other. According to this arrangement, a fluid can flow in the radial and the stacked direction.
A fluid flows into inside MSE mixer through the inner circumferential surface of stacked mixing elements, passes through the stacked mixing elements and flows out from the outer circumferential surface of stacked mixing elements. The fluid is well mixed, while passing through the small holes of the stacked mixing elements those are complexly communicating with each other, by repeatedly dividing and combining in the radial and the stacked directions in the MSE mixer.
